This will include all of the tasks they need to complete, things they need to set up, and communications that need to get sent. In LiveEasy, you can create a custom checklist for your clients to use as a cheat sheet for their move. In this article, you will learn how to customize your checklist so your clients have a clear understanding of what they need to do.
How to Customize Your Client’s Checklist
Go to your Agent Dashboard.
On the left hand menu, select Account.
Find the box which says Customize Checklists, and select View.
Here you can edit your existing tasks by using the edit button.
You can also add new tasks by selecting Add Checklist.
Delete tasks with the trash icon under the delete column.
