There are going to be times when you need to contact your clients concierge. If you need to speak about a service, or maybe you would like this concierge to proactively reach out to your client about getting something they need. You can reach out to your client from your agent dashboard and request a time to speak.
Contact your clients concierge:
From your Agent Dashboard, find the client whose concierge you would like to contact.
Next to the concierge's name, select Details.
Under the Actions button on the right hand side. Select the Contact Concierge.
Write your email on the pre-filled window and select Send Email.
