Many of our Agents will forget the passwords to their accounts. We can help them recover these passwords by sending it to them from our Manager Accounts. See how to send your agent a password.
To Send Your Agent Password:
Go to your Agent Dashboard.
Select Account from the side menu.
From the Agents box, select View.
From here, find the agent you need to send a password to. From the edit menu, select the actions button, and select Send Password.
