If you need to deactivate an agent if they get a new role or leave the company you will be able to do so through the manager dashboard!
To deactivate an agent:
Go to your Agent Dashboard.
Select Account from the side menu.
Select View from the Agents box.
Under the status column, find the agent you need to deactivate and select Active. Then select Deactivate.
